How this index is offered, what it is not, and how commercial links work.
This site publishes a public record: which Gambling Commission licence account each UK gambling brand trades under, and which other brands share it. These terms cover how that is offered and what it is not.
What this site is
A reference index. Licence facts are read from the Gambling Commission's published register and rechecked monthly, with the month of last review printed on every page. Nothing here is a recommendation to gamble, and there are no ratings, scores or rankings anywhere on the site.
Accuracy, and its limits
The register changes. Companies are acquired, trading names are added and surrendered, and a page here reflects the register as at the review date shown on it — not necessarily as at the moment you are reading. Always check the licensee name and account number printed in the footer of the operator's own site before you deposit; that is the authoritative answer and every page here tells you how to do it.
No warranty is given that the site is error-free or continuously available. If you find a licence record that is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and it is corrected ahead of anything else.
Commercial relationships
Some outbound links to licensed operators are commercial, meaning this site may be paid if you open an account after following one. That has no effect on which brands are indexed, the order they appear in, or what any page says: the index is generated from the licence register, so a brand cannot pay to be added, removed or moved up it. There are no scores to influence. Commercial links carry the appropriate link attributes and this disclosure appears in the footer of every page.

This site is for people aged 18 or over. It does not accept, and is not intended for, visitors under 18. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only; no affiliation with or endorsement by any operator is claimed. The underlying licence data is public record published by the Gambling Commission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

The index is generated from the Gambling Commission register, so no operator can pay to be listed, delisted or moved. Some outbound links are commercial; none of them affect the content.
Do you recommend any casino?
No. There are no ratings, scores or rankings on this site. It records which brands share a licence account, not which are better.
What if a licence detail is out of date?
